IdeallyCreative.com delivers all creative solutions in 5 business day. Whether you need it earlier or prefer to wait longer, those timeline exceptions can be discussed during the consultation period before the project begins. All exceptions will be based on work involved and IdeallyCreative.com's project workload.
How is price determined?
All projects start at the low fee of $29. Price is based on how hours involved. Those projects that require extra research and time will reflect that in the price. You will receive the cost in the consultation stage before payment is needed.
How do you accept payment?
Our preferred method of payments is through our online payment center which accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. You may also mail us payment with a Money Order or Cashier Check. No personal or business checks please.
What if I am not satisfied with your ideas for my project?
We hope this is not the case. It is extremely important to provide descriptive details in the beginning. To ensure we are meeting your expectations, each project includes 2 revisions to the initial idea presented. Because we value our customers, if necessary, we will go back to the table and revise and tailor your new idea to make sure it is a successful solution to your situation. Each revision will take 2 business days.
In what format will I receive my project?
Once your project is completed you will receive a PDF of your project portfolio. You will need Acrobat Reader to open the document. It can quickly be downloaded for free if not already installed on your computer. If you would like a hard copy of your project portfolio, we can mail it to you for an additional $10.
Will the idea you give me be shared with other people?
Your project ideas are exclusive to you. We create fresh, innovative ideas for each individual project. We only share project details with others as testimonials or promotional purposes, which we will ask your permission prior to publishing. We pride ourselves in confidentiality. IdeallyCreative.com does not share addresses, phone numbers, or emails with any third party or soliciting business.
